Jaguar Repair: XJ6 1985, resistor pack, power resistor

A Friend has a problem.
I am a Diesel Teck.
He said that the Fuel Injectors have no power .It will run on Easy start Fine .
Can you send were to look for problem. I have a new Fluke Meter and other Test equipment

Hi Terry,
The power to the injectors comes from the power resistor pack on the forward lower right front fender well and it receives it's power from the small relay (main relay) on fire wall (second away from the red relay looking box (diode pack). Output is on the brown w/slate tracer wire. The relay is activated by the starter relay through the diode pack.
