Jaguar Repair: Cruise Control, e mail address, vacuum ports

I have a 1986 XJ-S V12, and the cruise did not work when I purchased the car. Any advice on what I should look for would be appreciated. Also, if you have any idea where I could download a diagram for vacuum line routing that would be great. I have some open vacuum ports and lines and thought that this is probably the issue, but I have no idea where they need to go.

Hi Lee,
I don't have a good test procedure for the ECU or actuator, so all you can do is test all the powers, grounds and switches to see that each is doing what it is suppose to do.
