Jeep Repair: CD stuck in CD Player, coaxial cable connector, jeep wrangler

Question
QUESTION: I have a 2006 Jeep Wrangler, the radio of which has a CD player.  The kid inserted a CD and apparently the CD didn't enter correctly because the player will neither play nor will eject.  The eject button seems to work because pressing it results in an "eject noise".

How do I get the CD out?  I don't care if the CD is destroyed or not - I would just like to have a working CD.

ANSWER: take the radio out and apart and force the cd out

QUESTION: OK ... how is that done?   Is there a diagram of how the radio is installed?  I am unable to determine how the radio is mounted.   Do you have to take the instrument panel out?  Where are the bolts holding everything together?

Answer
