Jeep Repair: Jeep grand Cherokee, Limp Mode, christian customs jeep tune up

Question
The vehicle some times goes into limp mode which untill recently i hadnt noticed because somebody had prevously removed the engine mangement light bulb on the dashboard. Ive been driving the Jeep about and have done a couple of hundred miles (most of them towing a caravan!!!). I have experienced a lack of power on acceleration but once upto speed its fine, if you use the tip mode of the auto box its better and you can drop down a gear to overtake safe.I have today collected Jeep from my local Jeep garage that was inspecting car, there were the following fault codes stored PO514 (battery differential) PO340 (cam sensor) P1652 (lift circuit) P1652 (egr solonoid) P0700 Transmission temp P0100 (Air flow meter) P0402 (????), on driving the jeep away all fault codes were clear??? and ive done about 50 miles since with no problems it realy drove well with bags of power. The garage are not sure which of the above fault codes are at fault as they could not be all not working as vehicle wouldnt even start?

Answer
what it really sounds like is that it maybe time that you spent a good day and starting cleaning your motor. everything (code) that you said sounds like something that could get set off by dirt. Consider Plugs, wires if available, oil, cleaning the intake with intake cleaner, just everything... ITs tune up time. flush out everything and consider having the transmission oil and transfer case oil done, you will be very surprised what this will do for your performance, hope this helps, if not just stop back by. thanks
