QuestionI can't change the heat setting on the AZC. It stays hot it will not turn the heat down or off. I turn the temperature nob up or down and I can't hear it changing the blend door, and I don't know where it is located
AnswerTEMPERATURE/BLEND AIR DOOR MOTOR
The temperature/blend air door motor is located under the instrument panel and can be removed from the passenger compartment.
REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Unplug the wire harness connector from the motor Temperature/Blend Air Door Motor
Remove the screws that secure the motor to the heater-A/C housing.
Remove the temperature/blend air door motor.
INSTALLATION
Position the motor over the door connection.
Install and tighten the screws that secure the motor to the heater-A/C housing.
Plug in the wire harness connector to the motor.
Connect the battery negative cable.
