Jeep Repair: location of heater relay on jeep wrangler 2006, blower motor resistor, negative battery cable

QUESTION: i would like to know where the location of the heater relay is on my 2006 jeep wrangler. could please help me with this and please send me a diagram of it.

ANSWER: there is no such thing as a heater relay   what is the issue at hand.

QUESTION: what about the resistor? someone told me that it is located behind the glove box but i cant seem to find it we live too far from each other for either of us to go for this little problem. i live in illinois.

resistor is better

get the new resistor and u will see what it looks like

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the glove box (Refer to 23 - Body/Instrument Panel/GLOVE BOX, Instrument Panel - Removal) .

3. Unlock the blower motor resistor wire harness connector and disconnect the connector from the blower motor resistor Fig. 1 .
4. Reach through the glove box opening and remove the upper screw that secures the blower motor resistor to the HVAC housing.
5. From under the instrument panel, remove the lower screw that secures the blower motor resistor to the HVAC housing and remove the resistor.
