How do you change the License plate bulbs on a 2003 Jeep Cherokee Laredo?

Answer
REMOVAL
Remove the screws retaining the lamp housing/trim panel to the liftgate(License Plate Lamp Housing).
Disconnect the wire harness for the license plate lamps and the flip up glass switch, if equipped.
Remove the license plate lamps and the flip up glass switch, if equipped.
Remove the license plate lamp housing.
