Jeep Repair: Passenger Side Electical Problems, jeep grand cherokee laredo, jeep grand cherokee

Question
QUESTION: I recently fixed some badly corroded battery wires on my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, and now the windows and locks on the passenger side don't work.  If I use the power lock and window controls on the driver side, I can only get the driver side windows and locks to work.  Any ideas?

ANSWER: check the driver side door jam inside the rubber boot  u might have some wires broken or almost broken.

QUESTION: They all look brand new.  I checked a few more things.  Here's what works: From the driver side I can control the driver side front and rear windows and the driver side front lock, but nothing else, not even the driver side rear lock.  The passenger side controls don't work at all.  I can't find any blown fuses or worn wires.  Could it be a computer problem or a relay?  If so, how do I check that?

ANSWER: the wires in the rubber boots look brand new???

QUESTION: Yes, other than the dust.

Answer
if the wires on both sides look good  possible the driver or passenger side door module is bad  U your self can not test them  only a dealer scanner can get into them and see whats going on. One circuit breaker controls all the windows  if it was bad none would work.
