Jeep Repair: 2001 Cherokee Catalytic Converters, exhaust system components, bolts and nuts

Question
QUESTION: Kevin - I have an 01 Cherokee Sport (120K miles) with the pre-cats (Y-shaped) off the manifolds.  I have been getting the 0432 code (main cat below efficency - bank 2) and beleive that I need to replace the cat (no other codes come up).  I also intend to replace all 4 O2 sensors while I'm at it.  Changing the cat looks to be a bit difficult because of its location and I was wondering what the recommended procedure for this would be?  Any other advice would be welcome as well.  Thanks.

ANSWER: what engine size?

REMOVAL
WARNING: IF TORCHES ARE USED WHEN WORKING ON THE EXHAUST SYSTEM, DO NOT ALLOW THE FLAME NEAR THE FUEL LINES.

CAUTION: When servicing exhaust system components, disconnect the oxygen sensor connector. Allowing the exhaust system to hang by the oxygen sensor harness will damage the wiring and/or sensor.

Raise and support the vehicle.
Disconnect and remove the oxygen sensor from the catalytic converter.
Saturate the bolts and nuts with Mopar® Rust Penetrant. Allow 5 minutes for penetration.
Remove the nuts and bolts then disconnect the catalytic converter flange from the muffler flange.
Remove the nuts from the catalytic converter to exhaust pipe flange and remove catalytic converter and gasket from vehicle (Under Body Catalytic Converter).
