Jeep Repair: 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee; fuse problem, jeep grand cherokee, auto temp

Question
I have been having a problem with the fuse that controls the blower motor/turn signals. The first time I replaced the fuse, it ran fine for a few hours. However, the next time I started the engine, it blew again. Now every time I replace that same fuse and try and start it, it blows out right away. On top of that, just last night when I was looking at it, I also noticed the "check engine light" was on??? Any information on fixing the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
get the codes scanned for the check engine light  and what fuse is it that u are replacing  what amps?   the one for the blower motor is 40 amp  i doubt turn signal bulbs use a 40 amps fuse. IS the fuse inside or outside  plus do u have auto temp controls?
