The power outlet on the lower bezel has become disconnected.  I need to remove the bezel to get to the power outlet connection and re-connect the power.  How do I remove the bezel and get to the power outlet connection

POWER OUTLET
WARNING: ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AIRBAGS, Refer to PASSIVE RESTRAINT SYSTEMS BEFORE ATTEMPTING STEERING WHEEL, STEERING COLUMN, OR INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPONENT DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. FAILURE TO TAKE THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS COULD RESULT IN ACCIDENTAL AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT AND POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY.

Remove the lower right instrument panel module as described in this group.
From the rear of the instrument panel center bezel, unscrew the power outlet shell clamp from the power outlet base.
From the front of the instrument panel center bezel, remove the power outlet base.
Reverse the removal procedures to install.
