QUESTION: Could rotating the tires cause it to do this? Because it shakes violently when it does it.

Answer
let use some common sense see if it would make sense to u and ask yourself if u are going down the high way and your tires are already spinning and moving all around  some bouncing would u not think that it would be doing what u feel all the time and not just when u hit a bump?  Tire vibration would be there all the time at certain speeds and go away if u go faster and slower as the time goes faster and slower. A bump in the road will not change how fast the tire spins correct?
