Jeep Repair: 1999 Jeep Grinding noise, jeep grand cherokee, jeep grand cherokee limited

Question
I have a 1999 Jeep grand cherokee Limited V8 with Quadratrac II. I have recently installed half shafts in the front. It is making a grinding noise mainly when I turn left and sometimes when I am braking. It does not do it all the time, about 50% of the time. I have put new rotors, calipers, pads. I have looked at everything trying to figure it out and  I can't. Please let me know what you think.

Thank you
Bobby

Answer
Sounds like you could possibly have a bad wheel bearing, but it should do it all of the time.  You could have a brake rotor backing plate hitting the backside of the rotor.  Possibly transfer case noise, maybe a loose chain.  I would really need to hear the noise but maybe this will help!
