Jeep Repair: turn signals, jeep sahara, right turn signals

Question
1. right turn signals work, front & rear, but left does not. Hazard lights don't work.
(checked inside fuses-they are fine)
(power center fuses are fine..I think).
2. Is there a flasher fuse? Where is it located?
3. About 4 yrs. ago when my car was still under warranty I had to take it in for my turn signals.
IT took them 3 trips back to get them to work.
I did not ask what was wrong at that time because it was under warranty. It is time for me to learn to work on my own jeep & money is an issue. Thank you!  Jeep Sahara Wrangler 1998

The joy of owning a Jeep is the ability to work on it yourself since they need a lot of it.
I would suggest buying a good Chilton or Haynes manual and getting to know your Jeep.
Your problem is probably a ground issue.  It sounds like a ground wire has broke or has corroded, it's trial and error to find out whick one it is.
