Jeep Repair: ?1975 Jeep, jeep parts, guestion

I believe my Jeeps a 75' but the I.D plate is so  worn I can't make out the serial number.  My guestion is,I'm trying to find out what motor was originally instaled,and what motor swap I can do.

Work with your local Jeep parts department, they can cross reference engine block casting numbers, etc. and probably come up with a combination.  As far as swaps, you can swap in about anything you want the right adapters, check with Advance Adapters for the right combinations.
