Jeep Repair: bleeding a hydraulic clutch, clutch fluid, clutch cylinder

Question
My clutch is not able to shift in to gear, when started the clutch is spongy and grinds when you try to put it into gear.  The resevoir was completly drained and my fuse box under the dash had clutch fluid on it. I refilled and no luck on it getting any better at all.  I was thinking back in the past on my first jeep and remembered that a similar problem had occurred. The way the previous problem was fixed was bleeding the clutch. Do you think this might be it again and can i find detailed instructions on what to look for down there. I am not a mechanic by all means but i hear this is a simple process that i can do and save money.  Please help me get my jeep moving again! Thank you for all the help you can give.

Answer
It's a two man job, one to apply pressure to the clutch pedal while the other bleeds off the air of the clutch cylinder.  I would suggest getting your hands on a Jeep manual, most all have a section on this procedure and the cautions to look for while doing it.
