Land Rover Repair: 01 land rover disovery 2 no start, crank sensor, disovery

no fuel replaced fuel pump check wires 5 volts between black and green wires,cut off switch has 12.4 out,relay working has 12.4 volts,fuse good,how do i test fuel brain and is that my next step

In that car the fuel pump is not triggered until the engine sends a rpm signal through the crank sensor.  Your next step should be to look a the live data while cranking.  Do you see an rpm reading?  If not change the crank sensor.  You won't have fuel pump activation unless there is an rpm signal
