Land Rover Repair: Electrical problem, indicator bulbs, blown fuse

I have a 2007 defender,The left indicator stays on when the ignition is switched on but does not flash when you turn it on,The right side works perfect.The hazards does not work either with the ignition switched on,but all the warning lights on the dash flash when you switch on the hazards with the ignition off.Please help.

Hi Uli,

have you tested the lamps?  Could be a blown fuse or bulb, could also be the direction indicator switch itself.  As you are inspecting the indicator bulbs, also take a close look inside the bulb holders themselves.  They have been known to short out due to corrosion.  I has a similar problem and it turned out to be an electrical short in my right indicator bulb holder.
