Land Rover Repair: Range Rover Suspension, dashboard screen, range rover

Question
Hi I have a 2004 Range Rover and the message on my dashboard screen says Susp. Inactive. The car won't raise or lower on demand. What do I need to do to fix this and how much should I expect to pay?

Answer
The only way to know what's wrong is to connect a Land Rover test system, either an IDs, T4, or Autologic.  You can have that done at any dealer, and some properly equipped independents.  YOu should expect to pay $100-150 in most of the USA for a diagnosis, and at that time they can tell you what's setting the faults.

There is no "common problem" and there's no home diagnosis or test for that issue
