F4 indicates a fault in the transmission or the electronic transmission controls.  I suggest you seek out a Land Rover specialist with the T4 or Autologic equipment to talk to the transmission computers and advise you as to the next step.  Generic OBD II scanners cannot talk to the transmission control.  You could be looking at a significant repair cost.
