Land Rover Repair: 97 front end, brakes rotors, oil pan

I have the chance to get a free 97 Rover, BUT it needs a complete front end repair. Axels, calipers, brakes, rotors and prolly an oil pan or some minor repairs. I can get work done free, but want to know estimate of parts and opinion of how much up keep after that. It does have a newly rebuilt motor though.
