Land Rover Repair: 2003 Range Rover, brown water, water pump

While Driving to work my S-Belt Broke on the truck. I then opened the hood to noticed that it was mangled and all of this brown water started pouring out. Do i need to replace my water pump or just the S-belt. i noticed no sign of overheating on the dash just seen the smoke and water pouring out from the bottom of the truck please help

First of all, there should not be any "brown water" under the hood.  Your coolant should be blue in that truck.  If there is coolant coming out, that may mean the water pump came apart, and that's also why the belt came apart.   That is the first place I would look.
