Land Rover Repair: no clutch, landrover discovery, clutch fluid

I have a 1992 landrover discovery and recently it ran out of clutch fluid, it has since been bled but still cannot get any clutch. The top cylinder has had a new kit put in it but still is no good. What else can be wrong with it

It's possible you made a mistake with the work you did, but it's been my experience that the clutches sometimes need to be bled with slight air pressure to move the fluid all the way through the system.  I'd try pressure bleeding before anything else.
