Can Tdi 110 defender jeeps modified to run without turbo charger unit, what will happened if turbo charger by-passed from air inlet system

The truck will run without the turbo but it will lose quite a bit of efficiency and power.

You asked for more explanation.  If the turbo fails the vehicle will still run, but it will lose 30-40% of power and torque.  It will also be less efficient, so fuel econoomy under steady load will suffer.  I'm not sure what more explanation you wanted?

You can drive the vehicle without the turbo until it's fixed but it's not a desireable state of affairs
