Land Rover Repair: 2003 Land Rover Discovery, land rover discovery, land rover dealer

Question
I bought a used 2003 Discovery from a Land Rover dealer in Virginia. The car shook a bit more than normal. I live in New York and I was able to drive the car to NY. The next day it didn't start, I took it to a local LR dealer, it was the fuse box. Not a week later the service engine light came on and the low oil level light thereafter a few days. The oil level was extremely low, but no signs of leak or oil spot at my parking lot. I changed the oil and drove it back to VA. The dealer said that a leak from the AC caused a spark plug to burn out. I noticed that water from the AC comes down in two different paths, one of the path right on top of the muffler. The service engine light was off. The same day on my way back home it came back on and the car is shaking like the first day I drove it. Do you think the car has a blown gasket? Your opinion is highly appreciated since this is my first rover and I totally love this car.

Answer
It sounds like you bought a vehicle with a lot of problems.  I'd suggest you find a Land Rover expert and get a good overall check-over.  Find out what you're into and what the selling dealer will do about it and decide where to go from there.

I have no idea what the total picture may be from your description; someone will have to check it for real to know.
