Land Rover Repair: range rover fuse b2, rovers north, electrical troubleshooting

Question
I have a 1994 range rover with the 4.2 liter engine. I noticed that on occasion the car wouldn't start in park, but would always start in neutral.  Then recently I lost all interior lights, radio, etc.  Fuse B2 had blown and would blow out instantly when replaced.  I assumed I had a shorted out bulb,  but all tail/brake lights worked fine.  This fuse also controls the shift interlock, so perhaps the short is there.  I'm not quite sure what to look for, and any information regarding similar or common problems/fixes would be greatly appreciated.  Thank You.

Answer
The answers to that question are in the Electrical Troubleshooting Manual, which is a separate book from the Workshop Manual. You can buy both from Rovers North or Atlantic British online.  That's where I'd start.

The ETM has all the wiring diagrams and it's illustrated so you can see where  the pieces are located.
