Land Rover Repair: windsheld wipers, wipers, fuses

hi, first the wiper on the driver side went crazy, then it just stop working.  And then the front wipers just will not turn on at all.  Is this a problem i maybe able to resolve on my own.

You can check fuses.  You can check to see if the nuts securing the arms to the wiper transmission are tight.  Turn the wipers on and see if the nuts are turning and the arms stay still.  You can fix that yourself.  If they are tight but the arms don't move, there's something wrong inside.
