Land Rover Repair: 2000 discovery series 2, head bolts, torque specs

Looking for cylinder head torque specs and tightening sequence.       Thanks for any help!!!qjwt2

First of all, the head bolts are not reusable.  They are stretched, not torqued.  I can't post illustrations here but the pattern can be found at LRs service website, www.landrovertechinfo.com.  The bolts are tightened to a light torque of 15 foot pounds, then turned through two angles of 90 degrees each.
