Land Rover Repair: BREAK LIGHT SWITCH, abs light, proper test

will a bad break light switch cause the abs light to go on ,my 2003 discovery II rear break lights stay on while driving ...and the abs light is on but breaking is normal ????? thank you

Change the switch - it's above the brake pedal.  That will probably account for the ABS light and the brake lights being stuck.  Note that yoy may have more than one ABS issue, and if the light stays on you'll want to have that system scanned by someone with the proper test system for that reason.
