Land Rover Repair: IGNITION COIL REPLACE FOR 2000 DISCOII, upper manifold, firing order

Question
THE IGNITION PACK SITS BETWEEN THE FIREWALL AND TOP OF THE BLOCK, RIGHT BELOW THE INTAKE MANIFOLD, ON A BRACKET. IT SEEMS TO BE INPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE. WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES.
*DO I NEED TO REMOVE THE INTAKE MANIFOLD, IF SO WHAT PART OF IT, AND WHICH GASKET?
*HOW MANY SCREWS ON THE BRACKET?
*IF I AM MISSING ON FIRING ORDER 1 & 7,(SAME IGNITION PACK) DO YOU SUGGEST CHANGING BOTH PACK EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO PROBLEMS AT THIS TIME.

since it's such a pain to get to, yes do all the coils.  the official procedure is to remove the upper manifold, but it can be done without pulling the manifold (but it's frustrating..)
