Land Rover Repair: no spark no fuel, land rover discovery, obd scan tool

99 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY II NO SPARK AND NO FUEL ! ALL FUSES OK FUEL SWITCH ON FIREWALL SEEMS TO BE SET. RAN GOOD YESTERDAY, THIS MORNING NO START. ANY OTHER RESET SWITCHES ANYWHERE SEEMS TO BE RELATED TO THE ALARM SYSTEM. THANKS JAN

If the alarm is locking it out all you can do is try locking and unlocking with the pushbutton on the key.  If that does not work there is nothing more to be done at home.  You need an Autologic or T4 system to talk to the secutiry module and reset it.  An OBD scan tool won't access that system, nor will it read faults to even point you in that direction.
