My engine turns over and all the fluids look good but I smell a lot of fuel and the plugs are wet with fuel. I'm getting spark (at least a little) because it tries to fire then floods out. Anything I can try to get this back on the road?

You've got to go through the basics.  Does the spark get to the plugs for sure?  Is it timed right?  Does it have good plugs?  Is the fuel pressure right?

I suggest you purchase a workshop manual and follow the step by step procedure for troubleshooting the fuel injection.  It can be done with standard shop tools and a multimeter.
