the idol fluctuates up & dow to the point of stalling in gear new plugs,leads
rotor&dizzy cap + lack of power when you put your on the accelerator when
crusing down the hwy.

Hi Dean,

sounds like the throttle position sensor (TPS), possibly an oxygen sensor or (not often) idle air control valve (IACV) or mass air flow (MAF).

My '95 had a terrible time with the idle, much like what you describe, until I had the TPS replaced.  Back then, it cost me about $585.
