Land Rover Repair: 2000 LR Disc II lights, supplemental restraint system, steering wheel

Question
Brake lights/signal lights work but no taillights.Do I have to replace the entire upper lights? Checked bulbs, they're good. Also check engine and SRS illuminated but runs great. What is SRS? Last question, how do you turn on cruise control???

Answer
Regarding your lights, it sounds like a fuse is gone.  Check the fusebox in the passenger compartment below the steering wheel.  Make sure all fuses are intact.

The SRS is the supplemental restraint system.  You need to take tha car to a repair facility to have the check engine light and SRS light faults diagnosed and dealt with.

To use cruise control, press the botton on the instrument cluster  that looks a freeway with a bridge running across it.  Next, use the plus and minus speed controls on the steering wheel to set the speed.
