Land Rover Repair: 2006 Range Rover HSE/SC Fob Programming, key programming

Greetings,
I bought a new fob for my 2006 HSE/SC and I had cut the key and it opens the door now in manual mode (by inserting it in the lock). I can also turn the ignition if I placed the original key and removed it in less than 2 second and insert the new cut-key but the engine won't turn (the immobilizer issue). Is there a way to program the fob so that it can opens the doors and start the car?

The only way to program the keys is with the Land Rover or Autologic test system.  Take all the keys and the vehicle to a shop with the proper tool and it's a snap.  It may still cost an hour's labor or $100 + as the tool is very expensive (over $10,000)
