Land Rover Repair: 1997 Range Rover 4.0 Suspension problems, becm, suspension problems

Question
The suspension is working normally, but when the brake is applied and the shifter is moved from Park to Drive, the 4 LED lights on the up/down switch in the center of the dash all light up and flash the whole time the car is in drive or reverse (any position except Park).  This happens every time I operate the vehicle.  I had the BECM checked and the shifter module and the suspension ECU.  The shop I took it to can't seem to work it out.  Any ideas?

Answer
That sounds like a communications problem, since the suspension works correctly then it's probably wiring between the suspension ECU and the BECM.  The suspension ECU sends info to the BECM, the BECM puts the lights on the dash.  Does the message center beep/show warnings?
