1.How do i change the sparks plugs on a 1997 land rover discovery.
2.my power streeing fuild is leaking...

To change the spark plugs, remove the spark plug wires (also called ignition cables) from the top of the spark plugs (not from the coil).  Place a 13/16th spark plug socket on the spark plugs to remove using a suitable ratchet and extension.  Unscrew each plug counterclockwise.  Set the gap on the new spark plugs and replace.

As to your power steering leak, you can put in flourescent dye and use an ultraviolet lamp, wearing goggles, to find where it is leaking from.  If the steering box is leaking it will need to be replaced.  Otherwise, it is probably a hose, which would need to be replaced.
