Land Rover Repair: changing spark plugs, changing spark plugs, special tools

Question
thinking about putting in new plugs in my 98 disco.
my local LR dealer says the plugs are already pre gapped,so no need to go through that procedure.
is this an easy task to do?
i noticed the 8 plugs are way back under the hood,& when i pulled one of the boot covers off, there was this metal clip in it.
is it just a matter of swapping out plugs?do i need any special tools?any particular thing i should look out for?
appreciate your help.

Answer
The dealer is right, the plugs were gapped at the factory.  But we always check them, just to be sure.  Boxes can get dropped, and gaps can change.

If you pulled the boot cover off and saw a clip inside, you pulled apart the end of the plug wire, and you'll probably need new wires too.  If they pulled apart that easily they were probably no good.

No special tools needed
