Land Rover Repair: p38 1997 heated seats, becm, heated seats

Both seats are currently not working? Is there anything else to consider before I go for the seat elements, relays etc?

I understand your main field is the air suspension but I am struggling to find anybody else on the site to help

the seats are switched inside the BECM by separate transistors.  They share a fuse though I believe, the panel is under the passenger seat, by the door.  There may be wiring issues as well, but after the fuse the most likely problem is the heater itself.
