Land Rover Repair: 1999 HSE warning lights, warning lights, message center

last week I purchased a 99 HSE which had a very recent spring conversion done on it... How do I get the many lights and speed warning message to go away?

to clear the "EAS Fault, slow 35mph max" warning from the dash, put two separate jumpers on the connector to the ECU. one from pin 7 to pin 18 (ground ) and the other from pin 25 to pin 1 (+12v). The connector cover has a screw that will let it slide off.

When you startup you will get a soft beep and short "EAS manual" message, then normal message center operation will resume. Leave the ECU disconnected, since there is no EAS for it to control anymore.  

I prefer the other option, repair the EAS..
