Land Rover Repair: Power Door Lock and SRS Light, land rover specialist, independent land

Hello:

 I have a 2002 Freelander and the passenger right door power lock does not work. I don't know if there is a simply fix to this or do I have to bring it to a dealer. Every other locks work except for that door. Also, my SRS light stays on after I start the engine. Is there something I can do to reset the light on the dashboard? Thank you.

The passenger dook lock problem is almost always the latch, the part within the door.  That's where I'd look first.

As to the SRS light - the only way to read the code for that light is with one of the specialist Land Rover test systems.  So you need a dealer, or an independent Land Rover specialist with the right tools.
