Land Rover Repair: Disco II Low RPM Hesitation, sensor readings, scan tool

My Disco II hesitates between 1-2k and then evens out after 2k. Sometimes I'm driving around in 3 just to keep the RPMs up. What could it be? Spark plugs/wires? Fuel injectors? Help.

Your first step should be to look for stored fault codes, and addres any you find.

If you still have a problem the next thing I'd do would be to drive the truck with the scan tool showing live data adn look at the sensor readings when it hesitates for a clue as to what it's thinking.
