2000 4.6 vogue lately suspension will not rise to normal level for about 2 miles of driving once it has gone to normal level it works ok happens first thing in the morning or if left for over 3 to 4 hours

You have leaks, probably in the airsprings and/or the block.  you're losing air out of the tank overnight as well.  the RR should be at the same height in the morning as you left it.  It's coming up slow because your compressor is worn from the extra duty of overcoming the leaks.
