Door locks quit working, will not start
after pulling fuse on door locks and alarm system
it started turning over, but still wont start

I think you've got a failure in your security controller.  You are going to need a dealer or independent shop with one of the specialist Land Rover tools to sort that out.

The reason it does not start is probably that the security controller is not telling the engine ECU that it's OK.
