Land Rover Repair: Hesitation at 80 kph and 200rpm, hesitation problem, land rover specialist

Question
Hi

I have a 96 disco se7 and I am trying to fix a hesitation problem.  It started as my idle was really high and it would not reduce as the engine got warm.  I replaced the TPS (4.0 petrol model) and now that seems fixed but the hesitation at 2000 RPM and about 80 kph is still there.  I have replaced the plug wires and previously have had the injectors cleaned.  Any advice on where to go next would be great.

THanks in advance

Barry

Answer
Guessing and changing parts gets expensive fast.

I suggest you find a Land Rover specialist who can hook his test system to your truck and go for a ride with you.  Look at the live data while driving and you can probably see whatever sensor reading is awry and causing your troubles.
