Land Rover Repair: 3 amigos, independent shop, test gear

Question
The day before I am about to trade my Disco II the ABS, Traction Control, and Descent Control lights came on.  They turned off after I hit about 20 mph, but then my manual and sport mode started flashing.  The drive light on the odometer was flashing as well.  I live in North Carolina and believe it has nothing to do with the weather.  What's going on? Will I have to spend a lot of money fixing it before the sale?

Answer
You are going to have to find a dealer or an independent shop with Rovacom, Autologic, or T4 test gear to talk to the SLABS system and find out what faults are stored.

Your description does not point to any specific problem that I could direct you to fix at home

As to costing a lot - you can't know the cost until you know what's wrong.  Expect to pay $100-200 for diagnosis.

Sorry I don't have better news.
