Land Rover Repair: can we tow our Ranger Rover, ranger rover, luck john

Question
We own a 1990  Range Rover.  Can we tow it behind a motor home?   We have received TWO very opposing opinions

Answer
You can tow the Range Rover behind a motor home, provided it's rolling on its own four wheels, and the transfer case is in neutral

Failure to put the transfer case in neutral will result in the destruction of the transmission.  And towing with two wheels on a dolly will destroy the tranasfer case and/or transmission.

So, do it right - and you're OK
