Land Rover Repair: 1990 range rover county, abs light, brake switch

Question
I have a 1990 range rover, with the abs light on and check engine and my parking brake light.  does that happen when the battery dies? my parking brake is not on but it still displays as on. this would be very helpful thanks!

Answer
The red brake light is on because the fluid is low, there is a pressur eproblem in the system (unsafe) or the park brake switch thinks the park brake is pulled.

The ABS and check engine lights are on because there is something wrong with those systems.

You can go to www.rangerovers.net and read the article about reading blink codes from the ABS light to diagnose that system.  You can look on the robisonservice.com site to read about diagnosing check engine lights via the fault display box under the right seat.

If you don't want to address this yourself rangerovers.net has a directory of repair shops.

Good luck
