I LOVE my LR2, I don't want to sell it an i have no trust WITH MY LR DEALER. im good working around cars.......HELP      THANK YOU

Answer
p1590 indicates a problem in the rough road signal, a signal passed from the antilock brake controller to the engine controller.

I doubt if you can do much to sort this code out without the specialized Land Rover test systems like the Autologic or T4.

P0174 means bank B is running too lean
P0171 means bank A is running too lean

Those two codes together often indicate a failing mass air sensor, as the dealer told you.  They could also indicate a vacuum leak or other problem.  The readings could also indicate you put the wrong oxygen sensors in the vehicle, if you just changed them.

P0150 means there is a problem in one of your oxygen sensor heater circuits.

The T4 Land Rover test system has some good tools to test these citcuits.  You may be able to resolve whatever sensor or wiring problem you have with a meter but I doubt it.

Good luck!
