Land Rover Repair: Discovery 2 SLS, discovery 2, airsprings

Question
Have an 2001 Discovery 2, the vehicle lowers when driving over bumps or hard cornering. I have to stop and restart to get it to level up. Then the problem goes away for a while. I have no problems with the vehicle dropping over night or controlling the leveling system manually when parked. Can you advise?

Answer
Hi,

This could be a computer or sensor issue.  The only way to diagnose that is to plug into a computer system.

It could also be leaky bags, they tend to leak at one height, but not another.  After leaving it sit for a couple hours, jump on the rear bumper, if it drops you need new airsprings.
